Agreement term and uninstallation. This agreement will remain in effect until the uninstallation, or renewal of the merchant subscription on Share More, Buy More, Save More App, whichever is earliest.

Subscription downgrade. Merchants may downgrade a Subscription at any time during its Term; however, merchants must pay all amounts due and owing before the uninstallation or downgrade is effective.

(i) 14-Day Free Trial. All Share More, Buy More, Save More App pricing plans have a one-month free trial and merchants may uninstall anytime without any subscription fee.

(ii) Subscriptions of more than 14 days. (a.) If merchants subscribed to a paid plan within 14 days of the date on which the subscription became effective or was renewed; (b.) if merchants subscribed and do not use the app or got their account frozen after free trial, no refunds will be provided and merchants must pay for the initial 14 days of the Subscription. If merchants subscribed to a paid plan and uninstall the app at any other time during the term, merchants must pay for the remainder of the Term, and no refunds will be provided.

Share More, Buy More, Save More App reserves the right to refuse any refund.

These above policies apply to all the SaaS services under Share More, Buy More, Save More App.
